Mirad, tengo varios problemas con mi blog.

1= Necesito poner en el footer lo de "siguiente pagina, y pagina anterior", que no lo encuentro por ningun sitio.
2= en el IE se me ve la sidebar abajo del todo, como puedo solucionarlo?
